We created a free open-source mockup generator that exports pixel-perfect social previews. Thoughts?
After spending countless hours taking screenshots and manually editing them in Figma, we built a zero-login browser tool that creates high-res mockups for Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Feedback appreciated!

Instagram Post Mockup — Free Figma Alternative

Post Mockup Generator is a free, browser-based alternative that delivers the same pixel-accurate Instagram post preview — with zero Figma setup, no plugin installation, and no design software subscription.

Verified
Instagram Post Mockup Generator is executed locally within your client browser.Processing happens entirely on your local device — your text, images, profile details, and generated mockup output are never transmitted to a remote server host. Zero data packets leave your machine during the generation, preview, or export workflow. This architecture means your work remains fully private: suitable for confidential client briefs, NDA-protected campaigns, and sensitive brand assets.
Output Verification Required
Before applying generated mockup assets to live campaigns, client submissions, or published materials, manually audit all output fields: verify display name spelling, metric formatting precision (e.g., comma separators for large numbers), image aspect ratios, typography rendering at export scale, and colour contrast against your target background. Mockup outputs reflect the input data as provided — they do not auto-correct formatting or validate real-world accuracy.
